Finance Committee

The Finance Committee elects its Chair from the members elected by Congress. The Finance Committee may elect a Vice-Chair to replace the Chair in absence. The Finance Committee examines and audit Ferpa’s income and expenditure and itscompliance with the decisions taken by the Executive Committee. It examines Ferpa’s budget forecasts and balance sheet. It gives its written observations on these items, which shall be submitted to the Executive Committee to accompany the presentation of the budget and balance sheet. It organises its auditing, forecasting and proposal-making work with the aim of transparency and improved efficiency.
