Il examine les pr\u00e9visions budg\u00e9taires et le bilan de Ferpa. Il formule des observations \u00e9crites sur ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, lesquelles sont soumises au Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif lors de la pr\u00e9sentation du budget et du bilan.
